Lizzie Petrello, BSN, RN
Registered Nurse, Fertility Case Manager
Lizzie Petrello is an RRM fertility case manager with a passion for fertility awareness and reproductive healthcare. Lizzie started her nursing career in 2020 as a labor and delivery nurse in Atlanta, GA, and continues her labor and delivery nurse duties part-time in addition to her fertility case management work with Reply.
Education is a cornerstone of Lizzie’s practice. She is expanding her knowledge with the FEMM teacher training program, which focuses on understanding and optimizing reproductive hormones and tracking ovulation as a sign of health. In her role as fertility case manager at Reply, Lizzie supports patients navigating their personalized RRM care in their initial clinician visits and throughout evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and continuing care.
Lizzie's passion for fertility care is deeply personal. Having experienced fertility struggles herself, she understands the emotional toll that such challenges can take on individuals and couples. Her own healthcare journey through restorative reproductive medicine has equipped her with unique insights that inform her care for others, offering them hope and guidance.
When not at work Lizzie enjoys family life and nature—she is a dedicated hiker and culinary enthusiast.

Expert Restorative Medicine For Infertility And Recurrent Miscarriage

The Program
Our program delivers expert customized and collaborative care provided by clinicians specifically trained in Restorative Reproductive Medicine (RRM)—physicians, nurse practitioners, certified midwives, fertility case managers, fertility educators,
and health coaches.

The Science
RRM systematically evaluates more than 55 factors (female + male) to identify the underlying causes of infertility, diagnose what is wrong, treat what is wrong, and optimize health for natural conception and a healthy pregnancy.

The Results
Compared to IVF, medical literature reveals that RRM has comparable effectiveness, even outperforming IVF at one cycle;
is more affordable; is less invasive with no side effects; and delivers better outcomes for both moms and babies.
