ABOUT US

Transforming fertility care and

women’s reproductive health

Reply is different. We provide evidence-based, patient-centered services for problem gynecological issues, infertility, and recurrent miscarriage. Our innovative approach works to identify and treat underlying causes and empowers women and couples through patient education to understand their bodies and to take control of their health and fertility. We support the body’s natural health and engage patients as collaborators in their care. In this way, care is personalized to each individual patient to optimize their health and well-being.

We are a leader in the global movement toward Restorative Reproductive Medicine (“RRM”) for women suffering from gynecologic problems and couples suffering from fertility challenges. RRM is a scientific approach to reproductive medicine that seeks to cooperate with or restore the normal physiology and anatomy of the human reproductive system, for the purposes of natural fertility and reproductive health.

The clinic was founded in 2015 by a team of health care providers and patient advocates who saw merit in a more cooperative approach to women’s reproductive healthcare. Prior to opening the clinic, the team spent two years investigating options and best practices. Clinic development was led by UNC General Obstetrics and Gynecology Division Director Dr. John M. Thorp Jr. Since then, the Reply team has created a new fertility awareness method, Listen Fertility™, and brought an established German method, Sensiplan™, to North America for the first time.

Care at Reply includes cooperative restorative gynecology and infertility/subfertility services, personal health coaching, and a patient education program that features fertility awareness instruction.
