INFERTILITY

SERVICES

We help couples have a baby, without IVF

Our Reply Fertility program is designed to treat underlying conditions that cause or contribute to infertility/subfertility or recurrent miscarriage. We work with you to optimize your health for natural conception, healthy pregnancy, and a life of wellness.

If you are experiencing infertility or subfertility, you likely have multiple factors contributing to your fertility struggle. We recognize that infertility is not a diagnosis, but rather a symptom of underlying conditions. We believe you deserve to know what your underlying conditions are (female and/or male), and how they could be treated or improved. We work to ensure that no patients are left with  “unexplained infertility.”

You Deserve to Know

Many patients who have come to see us at Reply have suffered for years from conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, or out-of-range metabolism/hormones, but they have never received a true diagnosis or treatment. Some underlying conditions that disrupt fertility also can affect your activities of daily living, or even pose a serious health risk. We believe all patients experiencing a fertility struggle deserve to know:

What’s behind your struggle?

Our comprehensive assessment typically takes 2-3 months, focusing on factors in these areas:

Anatomical

Metabolic

Hormonal

Autoimmune

Inflammatory

Ovulatory

Gamete

Lifestyle

We provide a Patient Finding Report where we communicate the factors we believe are responsible for your fertility problem, along with recommendations on how to address them.

How can you optimize your reproductive health?

Once your underlying factors are identified we work with you to address them through medical treatments and lifestyle improvements. Optimizing reproductive health typically takes 6-12 months. The average time to conception in our program is 8 months.

Your Reply Fertility Team

Our team approach to care is a true partnership where you have the opportunity to learn about your fertility, optimize your reproductive health, and plan for a lifetime of wellness. When you enroll as a patient, you become a vital member of your own care team that also includes an RRM-trained clinician, a fertility educator, a health coach, and a fertility case manager who coordinates all of your care.

How Does RRM Work?

Restorative reproductive medicine (RRM) addresses infertility, subfertility, and recurrent miscarriage by systematically evaluating a couple’s health to identify underlying factors, and treating those factors to restore and optimize reproductive health for natural conception and a healthy pregnancy.

This highly personalized care integrates fertility awareness cycle tracking to gain important clues about what is happening each month with female health. This tracking allows for precise evaluations and interventions for certain female disorders, and also equips the couple with important knowledge of their fertile window—the exact days of the month when intercourse should be timed when trying to conceive. RRM further prioritizes overall health by including important lifestyle factors that are known to affect fertility--including sleep, nutrition, exercise, and stress management.

Is RRM supported by medical research?

Restorative reproductive medicine (RRM) is supported by peer-reviewed medical research and through the work of the International Institute for Restorative Reproductive Medicine (IIRRM). Reply Fertility collaborates with the IIRRM including as an early enrolled clinic in the international research registry: Surveillance of Treatment Outcomes for Restorative Reproductive Medicine (STORRM).

RRM is a program for couples aiming to conceive naturally:

Reply has helped hundreds of patients achieve pregnancy through natural conception, including couples who:

women must have at least one viable fallopian tube and cannot be in menopause

men may have suboptimal sperm, but may not be azoospermic

Is the Reply RRM program right for me?

previously have failed with IVF/IUI

have suffered multiple miscarriages

have been told they waited until they were “too old”

have been diagnosed as high-risk or unable to conceive

are seeking more affordable treatment for infertility

are motivated by a personal philosophy or religious conviction to seek natural or holistic solutions
