Infertility Program

We help couples have a baby, without IVF

Transforming fertility care

At Reply, we don't accept "unexplained infertility” and we don't jump to IVF. Our medical solution recognizes that typically multiple factors contribute to fertility struggles. When these factors are identified and treated, you maximize your possibility for natural conception and a healthy pregnancy.

Step into the future with restorative reproductive medicine

  • Restorative

Our aim with RRM is to cooperate with, restore, and support natural reproductive function. We recognize infertility is a symptom or sign of underlying conditions that needs to be identified and addressed. With this approach, the focus is not to “make a baby,” but to optimize your health so you can conceive on your own and grow your family with a foundation of good health.

  • Healthy

Our focus with RRM is to optimize the health of mother, father, and offspring. RRM reduces risks inherent to IVF for mothers—such as hypertension, hemorrhage, and ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome—and for babies. Most significantly, the risk of preterm birth with RRM is only 5.7% compared to the 10.4% national and the 19.7% IVF average.

  • Effective

Reply Fertility outcomes data show 50% of enrolled couples become pregnant within 12 months, and 69% become pregnant within 18 months. These data are consistent with RRM outcomes data published in the peer-reviewed medical literature, and are comparable to IVF outcomes that average 31% at cycle 1, 47% at cycle 2, and 71% at cycle 3.

  • Affordable

Your financial health matters. RRM care fits into most household budgets, averaging 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of IVF. We are HSA/FSA eligible and offer flexible financing through CareCredit. Explore plans with the CareCredit calculator and see if you prequalify with no impact to your credit score.

  • Universal

While assisted reproductive technology such as IVF poses health or ethical concerns for some couples, RRM care is universally acceptable to patients who may be motivated by personal philosophy or religious/cultural convictions to prefer holistic, natural solutions.

We've helped many couples who...

  • previously have failed with IVF or IUI
  • have suffered multiple miscarriages
  • have been told they waited until they were “too old”
  • have been told they have low ovarian reserve
  • have been diagnosed as high-risk or unable to conceive
  • have been diagnosed with "unexplained infertility"
  • have suffered for years from PCOS or endometriosis with no diagnosis or ineffective treatment
  • have been told that male factor sperm quality requires IVF
  • are seeking more affordable treatment for infertility
  • are motivated by personal philosophy or religious conviction to seek natural/holistic solutions

Is RRM a fit for you?

Our program is for couples aiming to conceive naturally.

  • female patients need to have at least one viable fallopian tube and cannot be in menopause
  • male patients may have suboptimal sperm, but would not be a fit if they have untreatable azoospermia

Patients who previously have been sterilized would first need their procedure surgically reversed.

“ART [assisted reproductive technology such as IVF] increases the risk of preterm birth, low birth weight, and birth defects. These risks are particularly observed in multiple births; however, a certain risk increase remains also in singletons born after ART….In light of the safety of future ART generations, one rule should apply to all ART: if a method is clinically unnecessary, then avoid it.”

-- Pinborg A., Wennerholm U-B., Bergh C. Long-term outcomes for children conceived by assisted reproductive technology. Fertility and Sterility; September 2023; Vol 120, No. 3, Pt.1, p 453-454.

“ART offspring have an increased risk of NCD (noncommunicable diseases), such as malignancies, asthma, obesity, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and neurodevelopmental and psychiatric disorders. There are still many controversies in this field and much remains unknown.”

-- Zhang S., Luo Q., Meng R., Yan J., Wu Y., Huang H.; Long-term health risk of offspring born from assisted reproductive technologies; Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics; November 2023.

“There are substantial concerns about expanding use of IVF, including high cost and impact on neonatal outcomes. Epidemiologic studies have demonstrated higher incidence of preterm birth (PTB), low birthweight (LBW), and birth defects among children conceived through IVF….Our findings support efforts to encourage women to give an adequate trial of the least invasive fertility treatment that may work for them.”
