Lori Hartley is a Registered Nurse and Certified Diabetes Educator, Fertility Educator, Sensiplan and Marquette Instructor and Childbirth Educator. She is the Director of Education for Reply Fertility.

Since becoming a Registered Nurse in 1994, Ms. Hartley has worked in various clinical and managerial capacities in women’s health including in labor and delivery, outpatient care, and patient education. From 1996 through 2009, Ms. Hartley served as a Labor and Delivery staff nurse, health and childbirth educator, and program facilitator in the Maternity and Community Education & Outreach departments at Princeton Healthcare System in Princeton, NJ. She and her family relocated to North Carolina in 2009 and she joined UNC Health Care serving for over six years as Lead Nurse and Patient Educator in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. While there, she helped develop new diabetes education processes and teaching materials for high-risk Ob/Gyn patients.

Ms. Hartley is an avid patient advocate, educator, and caregiver, dedicated to best practices and expanding accessibility for patient education. She and her husband live in the Chapel Hill, NC area with their four sons. Her personal interests include travel, women’s global health issues, and working with adolescents to encourage sound personal choices and a healthy lifestyle.
