Personalized Care at Reply

Medical care at Reply starts with an initial clinician visit, where you determine your next steps for personalized care in one of the Reply RRM medical programs. All Reply RRM medical programs include fertility education and health coaching.

You may “jump start” your medical care with fertility education, health coaching, or both, even before you have your initial clinician visit; in this case you will be credited upon program enrollment. You also may book fertility education or health coaching as a stand-alone service, without receiving medical care. 

Your initial clinician visit (ICV) is a medical appointment with an RRM trained Reply clinician. You may:

  • share your problems or questions
  • submit prior records for review
  • learn how RRM can help you
  • decide which RRM program is best fit for you


Your ICV may be scheduled during your free consult.

$450/60 minutes

Health Coaching Program

Health coaching helps you improve lifestyle factors to optimize your fertility and overall health. Factors include nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and environmental exposures. Turn your goals into action, and action into results.

  • How do I schedule my first clinician appointment?

    Medical care at Reply starts with an initial clinician visit. It's easy to book during the Free Consult, where you'll learn more about our programs and our restorative reproductive medicine approach.  

  • What is a Reply program?

    Reply has three programs;  infertility, miscarriage, and gynecology, that each personalize care to address your specific challenge. 

  • Do you take insurance?

      At this time, Reply is out-of-network with commercial payers and does not accept government payers.  Self-pay services are the responsibility of patients, with payment required in advance of services. We support patients with documentation to facilitate filing for out-of-network benefits as applicable. Healthcare expenses can be managed within most household budgets with financing offered via CareCredit.
