Emily Kennedy, a Canadian-trained Registered Holistic Nutritionist, serves patients as both a Health Coach and a Fertility Educator at Reply. Ms. Kennedy previously has served as a nutrition consultant, researcher, and writer for several leading dietitians, chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, and conventional physicians in the Greater Toronto Area. She has more than 10 years’ experience in the nutrition industry, and is passionate about helping individuals realize their health and wellness goals.
Ms. Kennedy originally is from Toronto, Canada, where she completed a Nutritional Science mentorship at the University of Toronto before obtaining her Baccalaureate in Foods & Nutrition, and a thesis-based Masters from the University of Western Ontario specializing in heart disease risk factors, the Mediterranean diet, and physical fitness. In her free time, she enjoys listening to and playing jazz and classical music, practicing yoga, and hiking and biking with her husband and two sons.
Ms. Kennedy’s professional interests include pre-conception health, heart disease, diabetes risk factor modification, and the use of functional foods to optimize balance of estrogen and progesterone levels. Her interest in fertility awareness stems from working with a high percentage of women with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) in her weight management practice. She also is a personal user of fertility awareness for natural family planning and health monitoring purposes, and is trained in several evidence-based methods of natural family planning.
"My wife and I came to Reply to learn about fertility methods based on sound science and to learn more about fertility as a whole. We had a wonderful and empowering experience. We recommend Reply to anyone seeking to learn how to either avoid or accomplish getting pregnant as healthily as they can."

"Thank you for being helpful and supportive. Even before we conceived, I felt like it was possible where other doctors made me feel like it was not."

Our program delivers expert customized and collaborative care provided by clinicians specifically trained in Restorative Reproductive Medicine (RRM)—physicians, nurse practitioners, certified midwives, fertility case managers, fertility educators,
and health coaches.
RRM systematically evaluates more than 55 factors (female + male) to identify the underlying causes of infertility, diagnose what is wrong, treat what is wrong, and optimize health for natural conception and a healthy pregnancy.
Compared to IVF, medical literature reveals that RRM has comparable effectiveness, even outperforming IVF at one cycle;
is more affordable; is less invasive with no side effects; and delivers better outcomes for both moms and babies.
