Commercial
Insurance
At this time Reply is out-of-network with commercial insurance and we do not accept government payers.
- “Out of network” does not necessarily mean services are not covered;
- We can provide receipts for patients seeking out-of-network reimbursements from commercial carriers.
Health
Shares
Healthcare sharing plans, also known as “health shares” or “medical sharing,” are an alternative to commercial insurance.
- Reply is in discussion with certain U.S. healthcare sharing plans; please check with us to see if your health share participates.
Employer Coverage
Self-insured employers increasingly are providing coverage for fertility benefits.
- If your employer covers fertility benefits, you may be eligible for coverage with Reply. Please check with us to see if your employer is enrolled or eligible.
Self-pay
Reply fees can be managed within most household budgets, including using financing offered via CareCredit.
- Self-pay services are the responsibility of patients, with payment required in advance of services.
- Fees to get started with Reply are included on our
Next Steps page. Program fees for our infertility, miscarriage, and gynecology programs can be discussed at your free consultation or following your initial clinician visit.
