This unique Decision-Making Tool(DMT) provides information on Fertility Awareness-Based Methods identified by Reply Ob/Gyn & Fertility as having demonstrated effectiveness for avoiding pregnancy, and helps users decide which method(s) would work best for them.

Fertility awareness is an important women’s health tool that can be used for multiple purposes over the course of a woman’s reproductive lifespan—from adolescence to menopause. It can be used to:
monitor health, including to track menstrual periods
manage reproductive health (evaluation and treatment)
The DMT includes an outline of fertility awareness, a “Help me decide” section, and descriptions of the featured methods – how they work, their effectiveness rates (provided as pregnancy percents), advantages and disadvantages, and weblinks for each method.
Reply fertility educators can provide consultation regarding use of the DMT, and are certified to teach three of the featured methods: Sensiplan, Marquette, and Billings. Fertility education is provided
via telehealth.
